ability for clubs to upload their own CSS file #14

would also need some sort of 'guide' to styling (on the SkuleClubs wiki)

alternatively, let them only adjust certain variables (ones used by compass), but this likely more difficult and restriction. We could get just similar visual by 'enforcing style guidelines' (ie. need a 'style guideline' document, and a 'big red button to suspend accounts')
