Photos, Members, Sponsors, Pages, Clubs are all based on a very similar hierarchy + tagging organization system. As such, it may be worth it to develop a plugin/engine that would function as a generic list management system, ie. :acts_as_awesome_list
An advantage of this is that the user only need to learn one interface for managing all these things.
