allow clubs to choose between 'full site' or just being included in the clubs directory and 'the digest'

allow clubs to configure 'sources' for their content
- small_posts -- twitter
- large_posts -- RSS feed
- photos -- Picasa feed, or Flickr
- calendar -- iCal feed
