welcome message on hub home page #8

For alpha, we could show a screenshot of the old skule.ca. Like a "what was..." and "what it is now" as well as listing some features/services we have.

I like the idea of comparing old vs. new -- but it may be a bit much for the home page (but we can always make a secondary 'guided tour' page)
