Create sequencing_plates? #6

Currently the sheet sample_plates reflects what samples we loaded into plates for attempted DNA extractions. These includes fractions of 96 well plates and cells with samples that will not be sequenced because of failure or contamination. Ultimately, plates of 96 cells will be loaded from these and sent for sequencing and/or archived. Could you create a new sheet that generates the same template that we could use to populate sequencing plates? I think we would scan different/new plate barcodes into this sheet and then copy and paste UUIDs from the sample_plates sheet into this sheet as needed to fill 96 cell plates with successfully extracted samples.
