Rafe, we need to set up a new table capturing nodulation characters reported for a taxon. There is going to be a separate table for other traits that Ryan is busy collecting. Here is the nodulation-specific table, below.

Citation (probably make this a citation_id and point to a separate table to store citations since we have other traits coming besides nodulation)
Taxon_name (or however you are storing that for a foreign key)
Nodulation_report_id
