Can't capture webpage using screen capture apps #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install any screen capture app in the Google
2.Use it to try to capture a webpage
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A screenshot of the webpage. What I see is a completely black area where the 
image should be. All other functions work as normal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
