makebox error please help #1357

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I create a picture("1234")，and crop a new picture ("1")from it
2.I tesseract the picture"1234" ,and the result is "1234"
3.I tesseract the picture "1", and the result is "empty page!!"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that The second result was "1",but it is "empty page"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.02.02
