option to use different image for pdf output than for ocr #1437

The possibility to directly write a pdf from tesseract is great but usually I 
want to keep a nice color-image for the pdf while converting the image to black 
and white for tesseract for better ocr results.
An option to give a second image which is used for pdf creation instead of the 
image which was used for ocr would be great.
