Unable to produce text blocks with -psm 2 #1476

I'm using Tess-3.02 on Widnows 7.

I want to use Tess only to produce text blocks information.

I used the following command:

tesseract.exe test.tif test.box -psm 2

I expected to get text file listing the text blocks, but I didn't find any...

Help will be appreciated.

2 = Automatic page segmentation, but no OSD, or OCR

nothing. It make sense when you use tesseract as library.
