Additional setup needed? #1

I followed the notes from blog post and from the github readme but I get an empty recommendation running the test/vpa.yaml. Either there is something missing in the blog setup or something missing in my cluster setup but nothing special is mentioned. Clues?

Which metrics Prometheus or Hawkular?

it will have to be: hawkular if <=3.11 prometheus if >=4.0

Prometheus on 3.11 is setup by openshift-ansible.
