TEI Vault page has no info on recent releases #135

The TEI Vault page on the tei-c site:

http://www.tei-c.org/Vault/

has info and links on very old versions of the Guidelines, but does not link to the archive of recent releases, which is what we are used to referring to as the "Vault".
