Submitted Report Date showing different date ahead of time #117

The submitted report date & time is showing different date with last updated

When the report is submitted, it should be still at 27 Sept 2021 4.26 PM, but on screenshots above it's showing 28 Sept

I've checked the other country time zone and couldn't find the country which already on 28 Sept 2021 at that time

Kindly fix the issue.

But when I click the Nov 2021 Period 1, the last update is 2nd Dec 2021
