Update outdated Donor name to the new one #119

Currently, in ReportHub, the system still defined donor DFID while the name has changed to the new one : FCDO

Kindly change the donor name so it's updated with the current

This update applies to all country & cluster in RH

Please make sure the old project that using DFID donor changes to the new name also

I could still see in this project plan, the donor list is not ticked while previously, it has https://dev.reporthub.org/desk/#/cluster/projects/details/602b777b0ad6e3a75cc3a8ae
