Add a commit and branch naming pattern to the documentation #46

We need to add a documentation about how to name branches and commit messages such as:

Branches:

LSW-30 which LSW stands for Liferay Sample Workspace, and the number 30 stands for the issue's number;

Commit messages:

LSW-30 My commit message, which LSW-30 is the branch where I am currently working on, and the message is the message itself.
