[Feature Request] Fix vanilla bug where TeleportWhere keyvals persist after bot death #101

A longstanding bug with vanilla MVM causes TeleportWhere to not be cleaned off bots after they die, which results in engineer bots building teleporters when the missionmaker doesn't want them to. A fix to this bug would be appreciated.

I think sigseg already fixed this
