cd tdrs-frontend && docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.local.yml up -d
cd tdrs-backend && docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.local.yml up -d 

1. Open http://localhost:3000/ and sign in.
2. Upload correct file(s) to generate some data records. I used t7 from parsers/test/data/ADS.E2J.FTP4.TS06 on 2022 q1 upload section 4.
3. Select the export action and ensure the filename is correct.

Note: had issues on one of my windows test machines using the colon in the filename so substituted in hyphens.
