Promethus/Grafana - Cloud.gov Logs Available in Sentry

Description: We need to connect all apps and DB services in three prod/staging and dev environments to Prometheus and all backend apps to Sentry.

Acceptance Criteria:

As an engineer I want logs from all cloud.gov apps to be available in Sentry and Promethus/Grafana

• [ ] All backend app logs are available in Sentry which is deployed to Prod
• [ ] All app servers are monitored by Prometheus
• [ ] All backend and frontend logs are available in Grafana which is deployed to prod env
• [ ] Testing Checklist has been run and all tests pass
• [ ] README is updated, if necessary

Tasks:

• [ ] Redeploy all backend apps to add monitoring backend by Sentry
• [ ] Change Prometheus configuration file to add all backend and frontend apps in all three environments
• [ ] Test backend and frontend app logs are available in Grafana
• [ ] Add server monitoring for all apps in three environments (dev/staging/prod)
• [ ] Test all servers are being health monitored (make sure to start/stop servers except prod)
• [ ] Update documentation and architecture drawings
• [ ] Run Testing Checklist and confirm all tests pass

• Make sure connections are secure and reliable
• Make sure to document all steps
