add favicon to the home page #133

Thanks @lpmi-13, merged. It ends up a bit small for me, but better than nothing. Would the "sticker" version be nicer?

Depending on which device you're looking on, we might want to add in a few possible different favicons, each sized a bit differently, and the browser can choose between them.

I can go ahead and update that in the submodule and then submit a new PR here as well. VERY excited to have finally gotten rid of that fugly 404!
