address accessibility issues #134

add inline style for links to increase color contrast
update heading tags to be more semantically meaningful
add title to iframe, and also aria-hidden="true" to keep screen readers from picking it up

if the updates from h3 to h2 are making the text too big, I can easily update the styles to bring the font size back down. That would be fine from an accessibility point of view, since the html elements are still using a more semantically correct hierarchy.
