Added GlucoRAFT #196

Added GlucoRAFT. Still a work in progress.

Thanks @nicehoplite. I don't know whether this a demonstration or something real, but I hope that you'll take any medical implications seriously. It's surprising to me that the Raft implementation would be tied to anything as application-specific as glucose levels.

This is not intended for real life usage and was just a use-case depiction on how Raft could come into play in healthcare applications. I wanted to learn RAFT and chose blood glucose readings as my research primarily revolves around safe ML for T1D.

I have now added that it is just a demonstration and not directly meant for real life usage in my README to make sure people know.
