Added Caddy 2 reverse proxy in README.md #11

Not sure if this is really needed since it seems pretty straightforward. I've never used Caddy 2 so that's an uneducated opinion, but wouldn't users already know how to use it?

Yep, most users would know this. But I wanted to add it just to emphasize that even the reverse proxy can be a binary with no external dependencies, thereby making installation even more quick and easy.
