phone numbers not listed in contacts #194

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There is the option to whitelist contacts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

it would be good to have a feature to  block calls from numbers not included in 
contacts. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
