Allow audio playback and controls tab #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing a surah.
2. Close the surah page.

Expected behaviour:
Surah keeps playing.

Actual behaviour:
Surah stops playing.

There should be a separate tab to control playback.

User can pause recitation and change playlist.
