Saw the below statement on the exam page:
All times are local time in Helsinki, Finland, UTC+03:00 The course exam can be taken on exam date between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
For the purpose of clarify, should it be UTC+02:00 due to winter time? Thanks.
