The first step in debugging TMC is apparently to ask the user to upload NetBeans's messages.log to pastebin. Instead of asking the user to locate the file from some complicated path under the NetBeans directory, add functionality to automatically uploading the messages.log file somewhere.
And same probable applies for eclipse too.
