switching repository name to fltk-1.4-* #13

Now testing v1.4.0-dev is silently better than previous 1.3.5-2-ts. Graphics driver seperated to each different directory. It's better than making DirectX Draw layer on Windows GDI driver layer. Plan changing to base 1.4 from 1.3.5. Previous 1.3.5-2-ts will be moved to new branch, v1.3.5-2-ts, and current new repository name will be renamed to fltk-1.4-rk.

Currently, it works for FLTK 1.4.0(.7 for extended version) now. Switch 1.4.0-dev to main, and repository name to "1.4.0 customized".

repository renamed to "fltk-custom". Original fltk was forked as "fltk-origin".
