It occurs on each different High DPI scaled monitors.

it occurs from High scaling 200% to default scale (100%) monitor.
following this step.
1. Run FLTK app on high scaled monitor
2. App looks fine,
3. And move app to lower scaled (100%) monitor, window render surface going broken.
