Now time to move next generation Apple SOC, M1. Prepare for supporting Apple AARCH64.

It will support to universal image for both of x86.64 and ARM64 for big sur. Also supports old MacOSX like mojave too.

macOS supporting will be updated with branch name of "floatingpoint-dev".

With raw viewer libfloatdev branch, working librawprocessor working well.
