Switching to kernel 5.10 + Debian11 (bullseye) #7

Both of kernel 4.14 and debian10 are out-dated. Need to switch to latest version to keep rk3399 Rock960AB and C model lived.

Kernel 5.10 switching test : Ok. but 5.10 cannot continue with Debian10. Switching to Debian11 for now.
