Fix OpenSSL certificate location #9

The OpenSSL from homebrew searches /usr/local/etc/openssl/certs/ by default. Fixes #8.

When I applied this patch locally, I get:

% openssl-osx-ca /usr/local/bin/brew
/usr/local/etc/openssl/certs/cert.pem: No such file or directory

No replication case provided. When I apply this patch, and I try a verification against google.com, I get no trust. Without this patch, I get trust.
