This PR is for releasing next version and is to update setup.py . In addition, It's including improvement some minor problems about generating documents.

Fixes #141 , Fixes #118 , Fixes #182

I'm going to change the status of this PR to be ready from WIP when PR #149 is merged.

I noticed that the improvement of this PR doesn't depend on it of PR #149 , so I changed the status of this PR to mergeable.
