Pairing does not work / no popup "android device" #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to pair with the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see "android device" appearing in songbird.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows7, 64-bit, songbird 1.7.3, android 2.2, htc desire

This could be a firewall issue but most likely it is a problem with the 
TunesRemote using an older version of Bonjour.  I plan on fixing that.

Are you using the TunesRemote APK from the downloads section of this website or 
did you just download it from the Android Market?  Use the one from this 
website, it has many many bugs fixed!

Hi Andre, I'm the Telescope developer, your issue is noted also in Issue 8, 
which we are working to fix, but its looking complex at the moment, follow that 
issue to see how it goes. Sorry, I hope you can use the web interface until we 
fix this!

iTunes 10, Nexus One 2.2, suffering the same issue, discovery doesn't work, and 
when adding manually, I endup with pairing on display, iTunes doesn't do 
anything. Attached is tcpdump, if you need binary version, can do.

Are you connecting to Itunes, MonkeyTunes or some other DACP Server?  Just 
trying to get all the info.

pairing works now in so far, that i can control the music.
