Current album art is displayed at very low resolutions. 
Would also like option to turn off album art.

Album Art is displayed exactly as the Itunes Apple Remote requests it?  It is 
50x50
scaled small images for searches and 300x300 scaled images when on the main 
screen. 
 What exactly do you mean the resolution is poor?
