OSX build #9

Don't have a mac. Need a way to generate OSX binaries for releases

https://github.com/tpoechtrager/osxcross has been suggested but even this possibly requires a mac initially for the SDK? not sure.

I'm willing to throw myself at this one to generate the package.

ran the pytest as instructed and it runs zero tests

@mikesale - sorry about that... moving files around a bit and forgot to update the README. To run tests, cd into the rplugin folder and run pytest from there.

EDIT: README is updated now.
