Wishlist: Show abbreviation settings in overview #14

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
It would be great if the configuration window showed the advanced settings of
an abbreviation. For
instance, if I set an abbreviation to trigger immediately, I would like to see
“Abbreviation: osgi,
immediate” or something like that instead of merely “Abbreviation: osgi”.

Rationale: You can see more easily which advanced settings are set for an
abbreviation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.60.7a, Gtk

Feature Request:

Visual feedback of Autokey status running/paused on the system tray.
A line crossing the A would be enough.
Another option could be to change the background color of the A on the system
tray.

This is a nice idea... if you could flesh it out a bit/give more detail I might
implement it.

I've decided against implementing this - it would add too much information to
the
abbreviation display, which goes against the design philosophy of the UI.
