when you release a new source how long does it take for the PPA to be updated?

It usually takes only a few hours but lately builds on Launchpad have been 
taking up to 3 days to make it to the front of the queue.

I've searched for other places to make comments but I can't find any forum...is 
there another site not related to the google code page?
