Feature requests: place cursor + non-animated substitution #72

Feature requests:

 - Be able to specify cursor placement after the substitution is complete.
 - Speed up substitution (optionally offer to just instantaneously substitute text vs. the typing animation

You can specify cursor placement by including <left> <up> etc keypresses in 
your phrase/script to put the cursor where you want it.

For faster text substitution, get the latest version from the PPA if you don't 
already have that. FWIW, the 'animation' is not deliberate, AutoKey already 
sends the key events as fast as possible.
