This is a first attempt at writing the required code for making bitcoinwifi an installable debian package. The code installs into /opt/bitcoinwifi. The package has not yet the dependencies configured so it can't be installed standalone as yet but onto a base rasperry pi system that has the dependencies already on it. However, by creating a package as such, it should make the system far easier to upgrade over the wire.
