Oswald Bold (700) and Book (300) weights do not load #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Applying the Quick-use code
2.Mentioned font weights do not load
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the weights, saw nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win 8, x64

Please provide any additional information below.
It appears the weights do not display on google's own web font site as well. Is 
there some kind of mixup on google's end with these specific font weights? Can 
anyone else see them?

Are you using Google Chrome, and if so, do you have the fonts installed in your 
computer? This known bug will result in the situation you describe :(
