Download links returning 403 #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow a link to download any revision, like this:

https://googlefontdirectory.googlecode.com/archive/a6dbfca2c9817b05a3d0d61154ea2
35f6358b2c9.tar.gz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to get an archive, but instead I get a "403. That's all we know." The 
zip link does the same.
