The subset parameter doesn't seem to be respected #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto:500&subset=latin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of CSS for just the latin subset, all of the subsets are present.
