Use travis CI #11

I added a .travis.yml file for CI. As of now, there are a few python versions in there which there is probably no point in supporting (2.6, 3.2, 3.7). I'd be happy to clean that up if you want.

I removed python versions 2.6, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.7.
