This reverts commit 0f0d7c131fe75d34ec433773449f255d5a94cc7d, reversing changes made to 0db5c4a3f9358f238139e0a9b8349533b4b9e15a.

This dependency is causing bundled Android to crash. Reverting so we can push the New Year's change.
