Remove profile, wallet, requestInvite, and inviteMissing functionality from the web app.
These pages all now point to the account migration page, which talks about the web app being deprecated in favor of the mobile app.
Fix a bug in initializing the account migration recaptcha that would cause it to crash sometimes.
