sync with control master gets stuck and doesn't progress #26

Environment: ssh -V: OpenSSH 5.1p1, OpenSSL 0.9.7l 28 Sep 2006

Disabling control master seems to work; e.g. "repo forall -c git fetch" is
fine.

My laptop though is fine:

ssh -V: OpenSSH_5.0p1, OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009

Newer OpenSSL but older OpenSSH.  :-\

Is this fixed jbq?  I found server bugs, namely GERRIT-222 that caused
problems in sync.

As far as I can tell it's fixed. I haven't had any problems for a while.
