Good suggestion, I'll look at it.
This is now available in version 0.9. At the options, select which archiving methods you'd like to use (choose from the online archiving services and the local MHTML option). Then make all these archives all at once when you click the "Archive Now" button in the extension's popup or when you press the archive keyboard shortcut (default Alt+Shift+Y).

I also wanted to implement that, with the last release supporting multiple bookmark services, this will be easier. I've opened issue #24 to track this, subscribe to that issue if you'd like to be notified when that feature is released.
