Save Pages locally #2

Option to save pages on disk. For bookmarks the file structure should mirror the bookmark structure.

This has been implemented in the Chromium version for a while now. Firefox will follow when it supports the modules of the WebExtensions API needed for this. Mozila bugs:

Closing because it's already implemented, it will be available on Firefox if/when they implement chrome.pageCapture.
