Add Watcher and Colorless Cards #12

Added the full collection of watcher cards and colorless cards:

watcher card (watcher_card.py)
some test/example decks (watcher_deck.py)
colorless cards, including the generated/special cards (colorless_card.py)

All the information and decks are obtained from the wiki page of the game.

In construction: red, green and full blue cards, with more decks to choose.

@gabrekt thanks! I'll merge this PR and just want to let you know that I probably will revert the default path back. Other than that, big thanks for the bunch of cards addition!
