No support for dashed and dotted border styles #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change border style from solid to dashed or dotted in main css file
2. Reload page

What is the expected output? 
- dashed or dotted border

What do you see instead?
- solid border

What version of the product are you using?
 - border-radius-demo.zip   Border radius htc v3 with IE6, 7 & 8 support Demo

On what operating system?
- Windows Vista Enterprise Service Pack 2 Modern.IE VM (vbox IE7 version)

Support for dotted and dashed border styles attached below
